Q. What products do you manufacture?
A. We manufacture traditional & modern Timber windows, doors, conservatories & stairs. We also make PVC windows, doors & conservatories & double glazed units.
Q. How can I be sure I will receive value for money?
A. Because we have been trading for over 30 years you can rest assured that we have built up succesful partnerships with the UK's best and most competitive suppliers who offer the best products. Add in the fact that we actually manufacture our own products here at our factory in Manchester, (meaning we don't need to buy products in and mark them up with a profit before selling them on to you) and you will see why we offer great value.
Q. I am concerned about security. What security features do you offer on your windows and doors?
A. ALL our windows and doors feature the best in security options. Many of our locks and security systems are recognized and authorised by secure by design (Police initiative), BBA, and other agencies. For further information please see our 'Security' page.
Q. How can I pay?
A. You can pay by Cash, Cheque, BACS or Credit card.
Q. Are your products guaranteed?
A. Yes. All our products are fully guaranteed to industry standards.
Q. What 'extras' do you charge for?
A. We have NO hidden extras. Your quotation includes your complete product. We DO NOT charge extra for sills, handles or other necessary products. We'll even deliver your goods free of charge!
Q. Is your timber treated against rot and infestation?
A. Yes. All timbers supplied by us are supplied already treated at source.
Q. Can you arrange finance?
A. Yes. We can arrange finance through our partner True Financial Management.
Q. Should I buy PVC or Timber products?
A. This is a personal choice. Timber windows offer that traditional look, but obviously require more maintenance than PVC windows. Raw Timber is also more expensive than PVC.
Q. How do I maintain my windows and doors?
A. Simply wipe down your PVC windows & doors with a soapy cloth. As for timber, you should consult a reputable painting company who will advise you of the correct procedure of maintaining your products.
Q. What colour PVC windows can I have?
A. As standard, we stock White, Mahogany, Cherry/Rosewood, Light Oak, Mahogany on White, Cherry/Rosewood on White & Light Oak on White.
Q. What types of Timber do you supply?
A. As standard we stock White Softwood. In Hardwood we stock Utile & Saple as standard. We can however offer a host of other Hardwoods such as Oak, Ash & Walnut.
Q. Can I have designs on/inside my glass?
A. Yes. We can incorporate any leaded design, Georgian bar or bevels in any of our double glazed units. You can even incorporate your own name or family design inside a double glazed unit.
Q. I keep hearing about 'K' glass. What is it and do you supply it?
A. 'K' glass is the brand name of the leading Low E product. Low E glass is used to conserve energy in your home by utilising the sun's rays to keep heat inside your Home. A special coating on the glass reflects heat back inside your home instead of letting it escape. We only supply 'K' glass which is proven to be the best Low E on the market.
Q. Do you sell building products or roofline products?
A. We are specialist manufacturers in our own products. We do not sell products for which we have no knowledge of and do not manufacture.

Q. Do you manufacture quality products or cheap products?
A. Being suppliers of Synseal (as seen on TV) plastic, Pilkington glass sealed with Bostik hot melt we are in a unique club. We ONLY purchase raw goods from the most reputable suppliers in the UK. This gives us peace of mind that every one of our products is manufactured using only the best components available. Of course, our long trading history with these companies means we can purchase their products at the most competitive prices in the industry. These savings are then reflected in your final quotation.
